What to Expect When You Work With Us

1. Initial Contact & Project Survey
   We begin by learning about your project and what you’re hoping to achieve. For larger jobs, we’ll schedule a time to meet at your property to assess the scope and discuss details like access, design ideas, and HOA or permit requirements.
   For smaller or urgent projects—like a clogged toilet or minor repairs—we can often assess your needs through a quick call, text, and a few pictures.
    
2. Estimate & Scheduling
   Once we understand the job, we’ll provide a clear and detailed estimate. This includes labor, materials, equipment, and any permits that may be required.
   We always aim to offer a fair and cost-effective price while maintaining the high standards you expect. Once the estimate is approved, we’ll lock in your spot on our schedule.
    
3. Pre-Construction Planning
   With your estimate approved, we collect a 50% deposit to secure your project. We’ll then order materials, confirm utility markings if digging is required, and finalize scheduling details. Our team will keep you updated every step of the way.
    
4. Construction & Execution
   This is where the work begins! Our crew shows up on time, works efficiently, and treats your property with care and respect. We’ll maintain open communication throughout the job to keep you informed of progress.
    
5. Final Walkthrough & Completion
   Once the work is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. Only when you're fully satisfied will we issue the final invoice for the remaining balance.
    
6. Follow-Up & Feedback
   After your project is complete, we welcome your feedback. Your experience helps us improve and continue delivering exceptional service to the community.
