Meet the Owners

We’re Kevin and Kristi, proud Gig Harbor residents and founders of Soundview Property Services, a locally owned company committed to providing high-quality, dependable, and personalized home services across the South Sound.

Kevin is a retired Army veteran with 23 years of service and a lifelong passion for residential construction. Originally from South Louisiana, he brings a unique blend of Cajun grit, discipline, and hands-on expertise to every project. With a Master of Science in Construction Management from LSU and decades of construction experience, Kevin has managed everything from simple home repairs to full-scale design-build transformations. He is deeply passionate about quality craftsman and is committed to helping others protect and improve the place they call home.

Kristi is a career educator with over 30 years of service in local schools. Actively involved in community and charitable organizations, she brings a heart for service, a strong business mindset, and a deep commitment to families and customer care. Her natural attention to detail and passion for people are a driving force behind how we serve our customers.
